Warranty and Return
Return
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the shipping date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. To start the return process, please contact us at lets.ride@borealboards.com with a sales receipt and we will send you the return procedures.
Warranty
All longboards are backed by a manufacturer’s warranty for 1 year from the date of purchase. Boreal Boards will replace any longboard that delaminates due to a manufacturing defect (ie, defects in materials, glue, etc.) This does not include normal wear and tear, or improper use. The returns department at Boreal Boards will examine the returned longboard to insure it meets these requirements. If the longboard has been abused, no replacement will be sent. Any return received without sales receipt will not be honoured. If the longboard is no longer in stock you will receive a replacement that is the same size and shape. Shipping
Canada
Canadian shipping process time 3-9 days plus 20$ rate.
US
USA shipping process time 4-9 days plus 30$ rate, all orders under 400$ “should” have no custom charges added.
International
The international shipping process time is 7-14 days plus 125$ rate.
